The Chadian President and people know where the Boko Haram leader is located or hiding because the bulk of the foreign fighters in Boko haram are from Chad and the equipment the rebel group was using to wage the war against the Nigeria state came from Chad. Regardless of the equipment the Nigeria soldiers abandoned for the Boko haram rebels. Nigeria all know the row Chad played at the botched ceased fire last year. The Boko haram members and supporters in Nigeria collaborated with the Chadian president to deceive the Nigeria state that a cease fire was imminent and all conflict should stop. This was after the Nigeria troops had defeated the Boko hara rebels and they thought they killed the leader of the rebel group. While this was going on Boko haram was busy regrouping and staging a comeback. This created mistrust between the Nigerians and Chadians. We should not forget about the aircraft that landed in Kano with arms to be shipped to Chad and the role the Nigeria government played in delaying the departure of the plane. But they should know that Chad was threatened by Cameroun to stop their support for Boko haram or else they will stop the shipment of Chadian goods and services to and from Cameroun seaport. Chad is a land lock country. The President of Cameroun knows if Boko haram over runs his country his administration and dictatorship in Cameroun will come to an end.
In addition, Cameroun is facing a similar leadership tussle where the northern muslins want to come back to rule the country. We all know the role Chad played in Central Africa
Republic and how they supported the Muslim rebels to remove a sitting President. When the Chadian soldiers were playing a row in the united nation peace keeping force they were killing the citizens of Central Africa Republic and secretly supporting the rebels. They were forced to leave that country and peace keeping force by United Nation. Chadians and the
President of Chad was forced to switch side and stop supporting Boko haram because if Cameroun stops all shipment from their seaport to Chad, the Chadian economy will collapse and they might be a catastrophic economic and social crisis in Chad. They were forced to stop supporting Boko haram and giving them a safe area to retreat to Chad. Nigerians should remember the role played by Chad and Niger in Baga. These two countries removed their troops from Baga and Boko Haram invaded that territory. Nigerians should not have short memory. They should think and remove political sentiment in the period of war. The whole
world is watching Africa and Nigeria. If we address this issue properly, it will create a strong and united Africa, and all terrorist groups will be wiped out in Africa.
